Language Of Math
The language of math is very confusing. Mathematicians use words in a way that’s amusing. When I think of RULERS, I’m thinking of kings. And TABLES are places to set pretty things. ARRAY is the first bit of sunshine each day. BASES are used in baseball when you play. If SQUARE is uncool, and ODD is quite strange, isn’t VOLUME how loud you sing, “Home On The Range.” My name is PENNY, I wear sweet smelling CENTS. I had a RECTANGLE, now my car is full of dents. Do you see what I MEAN when I talk of these terms? The language of math is a can full of worms.
